In short: this website does not use tracking cookies, ads or analytics. If you send the enquiry form, I use your details only to reply to you. I never sell them or share them for marketing.
Who is responsible
This website is run by Alexandros, an independent web designer based in Cyprus. I am responsible for the personal data you send through this website. You can contact me about your data through the enquiry form.
What I collect
I only collect what you type into the enquiry form:
- your name and email address
- your business name and phone number, if you add them
- the services you choose and the message you write
- whether you already have a website
I do not ask for more than I need, and the form does not collect anything in the background.
Why I use it
To read your enquiry, reply to you and, if you want, prepare an offer for your website. The legal basis is your request: you contact me and ask for information before a possible agreement (GDPR, Article 6(1)(b)).
Where it is stored
Your enquiry is saved in a secure database run by Supabase. Only I can read it, after signing in to my private account. The website is hosted by Cloudflare, which, like every host, briefly processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the pages and protect the site from attacks.
How long I keep it
If your enquiry does not lead to a project, I delete it within 12 months. If we work together, I keep what is needed for the project and for my records. You can ask me to delete your details at any time.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask me to:
- show you the details I have about you
- correct them
- delete them
- stop using them
Just send a message through the enquiry form. If you are not happy with my answer, you can contact the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus.
Cookies
This website does not use cookies to track you. There is no Google Analytics, no Facebook pixel and no advertising. That is why you do not see a cookie banner.
The only exception is my private admin area, which you cannot access. It keeps me signed in using your browser’s storage, and it is not used on the public pages.
If you switch the language (EN or ΕΛ), your choice is remembered in your browser’s storage so the site opens in the same language next time. It is not used for tracking.
Changes
If I change how I handle your data, I will update this page and the date at the top.
